The GIA report assigns it the very rare color grade of FANCY BLUISH VIOLET. You can detect a blue tint in its transparency and its sparkling areas. While violet-colored diamonds are already extremely rare, this specific color can be considered even more exceptional. The CGL sorting report grades it as FANCY DEEP VIOLET. Although it is described as "DEEP," unlike other stones with this grade, it does not appear dark. The color saturation is so impressive that one would want to rank it as VIVID rather than DEEP. It is a gemstone so rare that it is said there is hardly any market price for it due to the scarcity of natural specimens. In Japan, the term "purple" is often used broadly, but in terms of color distinction between violet and purple diamonds: "Purple diamonds" are on the reddish-purple spectrum, while "violet diamonds" are on the bluish-purple spectrum. It features a marquise cut. Although there are inclusions, they do not detract from the beauty of the stone. There is a small cavity on the surface, but this poses absolutely no issues regarding durability or otherwise.
