Returns/refunds/exchanges/cancellations
If the delivered product is found to be incorrect, defective or defective due to being unused at the time of delivery, the product will be replaced. (If we are unable to prepare an identical item, such as a one-off item, we will issue a refund.)
Please be aware that we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations before purchasing.

Regarding incorrect products, defects or defects in unused products at the time of delivery.
Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the product.
If the item is returned without contacting us, we will not be able to respond.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any inquiries or responses after this period.
Please check the product immediately after receiving it.
For returns, please return the product and all accessories in the same condition as when it arrived.
We will confirm the contents and condition of the product and arrange for a replacement (we will bear the cost of shipping the product back to you).

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. (You may have made a mistake in your order, the color of the loose mineral stone is different from the image, etc.) Please check carefully before purchasing.
Please also note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations of orders for custom-made products, remake/renovation products, discounted products, and sale products after the contract has been established.

Regarding custom-made, remake and reform jewelry
In the case of loose mineral stones and jewelry brought in by customers, we will take the utmost care in processing them. However, if the stone is damaged due to unforeseen circumstances such as heating or applying force during processing, the warranty will not cover it. We do not do this on our website. ( We will carefully check what we can do in advance.)
For custom-made items, please note that the selling price may change due to fluctuations in the price of the metal.
-Please note that the loose mineral stones used for custom-made products are natural products, so each stone has its own individuality.
After signing the contract, we will proceed with jewelry production based on the details of the meeting, order sheets, drawings, photos, etc.
・Changes to the order details after the contract has been concluded may be subject to charges.
・We cannot accept cancellations after delivery ( for example, the image is different ) .
・Please note that if you purchase a loose item, proceed with processing, and then cancel the processing due to customer convenience, we will not be able to cancel the loose item.
・If canceled due to customer circumstances, full payment will be required.
・If you wish to have it reprocessed, a fee will be charged.
